1. Acceptance
By creating an OpenVals workspace you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
2. The service
OpenVals provides AI validation, benchmarking, compliance mapping, and governance tooling. Validation results are decision-support signals; final deployment decisions remain yours.
3. Your data
You retain all rights to models, datasets, and evaluation results you register. Provider credentials are encrypted at rest and used only to execute operations you request.
4. Acceptable use
You may not probe the platform itself, share access across organizations, or use validation results to misrepresent regulatory compliance.
5. Availability & liability
Paid plans carry the uptime commitments in your order form. To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
